Deb Bilbao
Speaker, Business Consultant, Executive Coach
Deb Bilbao is a keynote speaker, trainer, executive coach and business consultant at the Salt Lake Chamber Women’s Business Center. Using passion and an incurable desire to create powerful change in the business world, she brings leadership and solid growth strategies to entrepreneurs and their teams. She works to create intricate, potent strategies with businesses of all levels, from pre-startup, to start-up, to critical growth in established enterprises. Whether one-on-one or training for a team or group, specific topics she addresses are business planning, cash flow projections, financing, management, operations, strategic partnerships, organizational and corporate strategy and structure, as well as government procurement.
Prior to joining the Salt Lake Chamber, Deb was a math teacher and math department head for five years at Monticello Academy in West Valley City, Utah.
She has also served as a Head and Assistant Softball Coach at many NCAA Division I Institutions including the University of Iowa, California State University Sacramento, Utah State University and the University of Utah. During her coaching career, she worked diligently to perfect her skills as a pitching, hitting, and infield expert, a recruiting coordinator, budget manager, camp and clinic instructor, and a mental training specialist to name a few.
Deb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from The University of Iowa, is a 3X NCAA All-American, and was the first Iowa Softball Alumni to be inducted into the University of Iowa Athletics Hall of Fame.
